- Check filters
- Check thermostat
- Clear drain
- Check drain line insulation
- Check suction line insulation
- Test float switches
- Check door safety switch
- Check blower assembly
- Check electrical connections
- Check for air leaks at both supply and return air plenums
- Check contactor
- Check disconnects
- Clean condenser coil as needed
- Check refrigerant level
- Check for correct circuit breaker size
MAINTENANCE PROGRAM -HEATING
- Check filters
- Check thermostat
- Check vent pipe and clearance
- Check combustion pipes as needed
- Check for gas leaks
- Clean flame sensor as needed
- Check door safety switch
- Check exposed electrical connections
- Check disconnects
- Verify temperature rise
- Verify fan-on control
- Check smoke detector
- Check for carbon monoxide
- Check for air leaks at both supply and return air plenums
- Verify safety limit control
- Check blower assembly
- Verify that flex gas line is connected outside of the furnace
