Here the term “Airflow Enhancement” refers to corrections that can be made to the existing HVAC equipment that can improve the efficiency of the system. Corrections could involve any of the following:
- Relocating duct(s) to new position on the Supply Air Plenum (SAP)
- Extending the SAP
- Designing, fabricating and installing a new SAP
- Enlarging the intake air system
- Sealing duct connections
- Sealing supply air register buckets
- Locating air leaks and correcting the problem
- Removing kinks in the flex duct work
