The original heating and air conditioning system in my house was 18 years old (like the house), and I’d been hearing for a few years that it was time to replace it. I had a few vendors over to give me estimates, one of which was Dee’s. They’d been recommended by a friend of mine. Surprise, they live up to the recommendation! Dee’s skills from his tech days carry over — he’s an engineer and craftsman to his core. He told me where the flaws were in my existing duct work, fixed those, and installed a nice new system — all for about the same price as the BIG boys who’d low-balled A/C capacity and hadn’t mentioned making things quieter and more efficient. SWEET! Got to love the local vendor! Dee’s is worth checking out!”

I just moved into an older home with 3 AC units. Although my home purchase came with a warranty, I have chosen to call Dee for all of my repairs because not only is he good at what he does, but I trust that he is doing and recommending only the necessary service.  

I called the warranty service because one of my units wasn’t cooling the area. The AC repairman sent by American Homeshield took 3 trips to discover that two units had been crosswired. They recommended that I have them rewired at an estimate of $1350-$1500. The warranty called and stated that incorrect installation by a previous owner was not covered, but I could still get their repairman to do the work. I chose to call Dee instead upon recommendation from a friend. Dee confirmed the units were crosswired and proceeded to rewire them at a fraction of the quote I had previously received. 

In just the short time that I’ve used his services, I can guarantee I won’t be using anyone else for AC work in my future!”
